Twitter was slapped with patent infringement lawsuits Friday in Delaware District Court. The lawsuits were brought by Phillips, McLaughlin & Hall and Rabicoff Law on behalf of Patent Armory. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The cases are 1:23-cv-00815, Patent Armory Inc. v. Twitter, Inc.; 1:23-cv-00811, Patent Armory Inc. v. Pinterest, Inc.; 1:23-cv-00814, Patent Armory Inc. v. Snap Inc.; 1:23-cv-00813, Patent Armory Inc. v. Reddit, Inc.
