Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell and Rubin and Rudman filed a complaint for the advancement of legal fees and expenses Thursday in Delaware Court of Chancery against Student Resource Center LLC. The suit, brought on behalf of former Student Resource Center CEO Michael Perik and three other former executives and cofounders, arises from underlying litigation accusing the plaintiffs and Higher Education Partners of conspiring to commit fraud. The case is 2023-0813-, Michael Perik, Nicole Rowe Colclasure, John Haseley, and Daniel Jones v. Student Resource Center, LLC and Student Resource Center Holdings, LLC.
