AARP Services Inc. was sued on Aug. 8 in Delaware District Court. The suit was filed by Phillips, McLaughlin & Hall and Garteiser Honea on behalf of Symbology Innovations. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:23-cv-00867, Symbology Innovations, LLC v. AARP Services Inc.
