Digital marketing company Quotient Technology and members of its board of directors were hit with a shareholder lawsuit on Aug. 10 in Delaware District Court over the company's proposed acquisition by Neptune Retail Solutions for $430 million. The suit, filed by Long Law on behalf of Michael Floyd, alleges that the proxy statement filed in support of the deal contains false information. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:23-cv-00878, Floyd v. Quotient Technology Inc. et al.
