Old Parker Ranch was hit with a shareholder lawsuit on Aug. 18 in Delaware Court of Chancery. The suit was filed by Fox Rothschild on behalf of Gary A. Gorian, who seeks to inspect the company's books and records in connection with the sale of an apartment complex owned by the company. According to the complaint, funds from the sale were diverted to an entity owned by a manager of the company. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2023-0848-, Gorian v. Old Parker Ranch LLC.
