Oto Analytics d/b/a Womply was hit with a lawsuit on Sept. 1 in Delaware Court of Chancery. The suit, brought by Greenberg Traurig on behalf of investment firm Atlas Technology Group, seeks to confirm a $27 million arbitration award arising from the defendant's alleged failure to pay a transaction fee. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2023-0900-, Atlas Technology Group LLC v. Oto Analytics LLC.
