SonicWall, a cybersecurity company specializing in network firewalls, was hit with a patent infringement lawsuit on Sept. 11 in Delaware District Court. The lawsuit, which asserts three patents related to a method for data multiplexing, was brought by the Devlin Law Firm on behalf of Implicit LLC. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:23-cv-01001, Implicit, LLC v. Sonicwall Inc.
