Biotech company PhenomeX and members of its board of directors were hit with a shareholder lawsuit on Sept. 8 in Delaware District Court over the company's proposed acquisition by Bruker Corp. for $108 million. The suit, brought by Long Law and Acocelli Law on behalf of Samuel Carlisle, alleges that the solicitation statement filed in support of the deal contains false information. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:23-cv-00997, Carlisle v. Phenomex Inc.PhenomeX
