Commercial LitigationMicron Medical Corp., a now-defunct company which sold pain relief devices, and Sanjay Gupta were hit with a lawsuit on Sept. 22 in Delaware Court of Chancery. The suit was filed pro se by former COO Laura Perryman and former president Michael Perryman, who seek indemnification and an advancement of legal fees and expenses in Gupta's underlying lawsuit accusing the petitioners of fraud and breach of fiduciary duty during the winding down of Micron. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2023-0962-, Perryman et al. v. Gupta et al.
