Six months after Dominion Voting Systems settled its defamation case against Fox News, the company and its legal team are fighting another discovery battle in the same Delaware court, this time against Newsmax.

Dominion claims in its motions that everything disputed by Newsmax in discovery so far has to do with actual malice, which Dominion would need to prove was present in statements made on Newsmax in order to successfully claim they were defamatory. So far, Dominion has filed two motions to compel, neither of which has yet been resolved by the court.
