Samsung Electronics sued Netlist on Oct. 9 in Delaware District Court over patent claims. The lawsuit, filed by Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell and Covington & Burling, seeks a declaration of non-infringement of a single patent related to memory modules. Lawyers have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:23-cv-01122, Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. v. Netlist, Inc.
