Google was hit with a patent infringement lawsuit on Nov. 17 in Delaware District Court asserting dozens of patents related to foldable smartphone technology. The lawsuit was filed by McCarter & English and Schulte Roth & Zabel on behalf of Multifold International. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:23-cv-01323, Multifold International Incorporated Pte. Ltd. v. Google LLC.
