The leader of the Chancery Court of Delaware, Chancellor Kathaleen McCormick, signed an order adopting amendments Friday as part of a multiyear project to update, modernize and improve the court’s rules.
This group of amendments is effective June 14, and constitutes the second installment of a larger effort to update, modernize and improve the Court of Chancery’s rules. The order will adopt amendments for Rules 1 through 6, 8, 9, 11 through 15, 23, 23.1, and Rules 79, 79.1, 79.2, and 174.
