Smartmatic has reportedly reached a settlement with Newsmax, resolving its defamation claims in Delaware Superior Court days before they were scheduled to go to trial.
Sean O'Sullivan, chief of communications for the Delaware courts, confirmed the settlement the afternoon of Sept. 26. Details have not been released.
