Morris Nichols Arsht & Tunnell congratulated corporate counseling partner Melissa A. DiVincenzo on her election to the American College of Governance Counsel 2024 class of fellows.
The American College of Governance Counsel (ACGC) is an invitation-only organization of leading corporate governance lawyers from the United States and Canada. The 21 new fellows elected this year will bring the college ranks to just over 180 fellows and honorary fellows.
