Selena E. Molina, the longest-serving sitting magistrate on the Court of Chancery, has been elevated to the role of senior magistrate judge as of Wednesday.

Molina is the first magistrate to hold the title, the addition of which follows multiple expansions of the magistrate in Chancery bench within the past several years. She has handled cases on the magistrate docket and assisted the court's chancellor and vice chancellors with administrative tasks since then-Chancellor Andre Bouchard selected her as a magistrate in January 2019.
