Delaware Gov. Jack Markell will announce that Vice Chancellor Leo Strine is the nominee for the soon-to-be open Chancellor position on the Delaware Chancery Court and Samuel Glasscock is the candidate for the Vice Chancellor position created by Strine’s ascension to the top job.
The announcement is expected to come from Markell’s office later today.
