The Delaware Superior Court dismissed a breach of fiduciary duty suit against Coca-Cola Co., saying the company making the claim lacks standing for such a suit because it voided all contracts when it declared bankruptcy and the restructured company was not a party to the original agreement.

Judge Jan R. Jurden issued the ruling in the case ofExposoft Solutions USA v. Coca-Cola Co . Finger Slanina Liebesman represented Exposoft Solutions, while Coca-Cola was represented by Fox Rothschild and the Woodhouse Firm of Atlanta.
