The Delaware Chancery Court began accepting applications last week for the master in chancery position that was vacated upon Sam Glasscock’s promotion to vice chancellor.
Chancellor Leo E. Strine Jr. is overseeing the hiring process and is said to be the one who will review all resumes and interview all applicants. The person selected for the position will be chosen by Strine and serve at his pleasure.
