It was a year of dramatic change for the Delaware Chancery Court in 2011. Longtime Chancellor William B. Chandler III left the court in June, enabling former Vice Chancellor Leo E. Strine Jr. to ascend to the court’s top position and former Chancery Court Master Sam Glasscock III to become a vice chancellor. And the court welcomed a new face, Abigail LeGrow, who replaced Glasscock as the new master in chancery.
