The Delaware Court of Chancery has denied a corporate defendant’s motion to require the liquidator of a dissolved limited liability company to provide it with information regarding the sale of computer equipment and software once owned by the defunct entity. In denying the motion, the court held that the information requested by the defendant was beyond the scope of the judicial dissolution order.
