In an effort to reduce conflicts and improve efficiency, the Delaware Court of Chancery has issued guidelines to provide attorneys with best practices on how to handle common procedure issues that often arise during litigation.

The 18-page guidelines, which were released last week, address a wide variety of issues including proper dress, scheduling cases, submitting expert reports and the responsibilities of Delaware firms when they serve as local counsel.
