Plaintiffs in a breach of contract lawsuit playing out in the Delaware Court of Chancery were permitted to retain the "highly confidential" designation they assigned to certain documents used in related litigation currently pending in a Maryland court, but were ordered to declassify other documents that may be relevant to the Chancery Court dispute.
Vice Chancellor John W. Noble issued the letter opinion on July 2 inGrunstein v. Silva , but the court did not release the decision until Monday.
