Defendant had a colorable, non-frivolous argument that plaintiff's claims were arbitrable where the "clickwrap" service agreements at issue both contained dispute resolution clauses that explicitly covered claims or controversies regarding defendant's accounting services for plaintiff. Motion to dismiss granted in part.
