The Judicial Nominating Commission has submitted both Andre G. Bouchard and David C. McBride to Gov. Jack Markell for consideration to become the next Delaware Chancery Court chancellor, according to sources familiar with the process.
Both names were submitted earlier this week after the JNC completed its interviews Monday with McBride and Bouchard, the only two who applied for the vacancy.
Markell is expected to meet with both candidates before sending his nomination to the General Assembly either later this month or in early April.
