Gov. Jack Markell on Monday named former Superior Court Judge Joseph R. Slights III as his pick to succeed Vice Chancellor John W. Noble on the Court of Chancery.
Markell made his pick public with a statement issued shortly after noon Monday. In the release, he touted Slights’ experience and knowledge of Delaware’s legal system.
