The Delaware Supreme Court on Tuesday rejected Lima Delta Co.’s request for an interlocutory appeal of a Superior Court decision that dismissed an insurance coverage suit against Global Aerospace Inc. and five other aircraft insurance companies, in favor of a first-filed action in Georgia.

The five-page order essentially locked in a February ruling by Superior Court President Judge Jan R. Jurden that granted the companies’ motion to dismiss Lima Delta’s Delaware complaint on the grounds that it encompassed substantially identical parties and claims as the Georgia action.
