A Delaware federal judge has dismissed a complaint alleging misuse of confidential information by an advertising company and its marketing arm, because the plaintiff failed to establish personal jurisdiction over the defendants.
U.S. District Judge Sue L. Robinson of the District of Delaware kicked the case to an arbitrator to decide whether any claims can be resolved outside of court.
