A Delaware federal judge Thursday issued a preliminary injunction against a man accused of stealing a company’s confidential information to start a competing business and ordered him to post a $250,000 security bond.

The injunction prevents Ivan Vetecnik, a former engineer for the catheter manufacturer Clinical Innovations, from using the company’s property in violation of two agreements and mandates that he preserve all documentation that could be used as evidence in the case against him.
