Dead dockets frustrate SG

DeKalb County's solicitor general has declared a cease fire in his fight with the county's State Court judges over their placing cases on a dead docket-that is, putting the cases on hold indefinitely.Solicitor General Robert D. James Jr. had sued DeKalb State Court Judges Johnny N. Panos and Alvin T. Wong, asking a higher court to order the judges to let a trial proceed instead of dead-docketing them.
