Dr Andrew Levy is a board-Certified orthopedic surgeon who completed his fellowship training in sports medicine and shoulder surgery at Duke University. He has additional focus and training on cartilage restoration and Transplantation. Dr Levy routinely performs common surgeries of the shoulder and knee. He also focuses on the complex problems of atypical nerve compression, scapular winging, cartilage transplantation etc. and is willing to take on failed surgeries from others.

Dr Levy is repetitively listed in best doctors in America, best doctors in New Jersey, best doctors in New York etc. Dr levy is active member of AAOS, AOSSM and ICRS. He is a researcher and teacher, participating in various FDA trials of cutting-edge new cartilage and arthritis treatment. Dr Andrew S Levy has published over 40 peer reviewed articles on orthopedic problems, injuries and pioneering cartilage basic science. He has presented nationally and internationally on these and other topics over 200 times.

In addition, Dr Levy has a unique interest in treating injured workers. He has lectured published peer review articles regarding philosophies, treatments and causalities in worker's compensation patients. He has done extensive chart reviews, most commonly in work injury, been deposed as a fact and expert witness and testified on both plaintiff and defense.

In order to improve his skills further in forensic and legal issues, Dr Levy completed the SEAK course in expert witness preparation and practice in February 2023. Since then he has performed multiple case reviews (for defense and plaintiffs) in a shoulder and knee related cases. Dr Levy is currently retained on the plaintiff side in a knee surgery case.
