Dr. Lake graduated from Duke University with MD and PhD degrees. Boarded by the ABPN in General, Geriatric, and Forensic Psychiatry, Dr. Lake has represented plaintiffs and defendants for approximately 45 years, logging over 100 hours of deposition and trial time. His plaintiff work has included product liability, including medication. He has evaluated clients’ mental health issues that impact behavior, such as the judgement of “not guilty by reason of insanity.” Dr. Lake has experience identifying malingering in cases claiming mental or physical injury.
