Mr. Brotman is Fellow of the American Institute of Architects, with over fifty years of experience including twenty-five years with RTKL Associates Inc., where he served as its Vice Chairman. He currently provides consulting services to the design and construction industry. His skills include all facets of Architectural Practice with international experience on complex, multi-million dollar projects, including commercial, mixed-use, retail, office, hotel, and institutional. His expertise includes standard of care, construction documents, architectural design and constructability, coordination, delay, construction disputes, contracts, code compliance, land use and zoning.
