Dawn has assisted companies and counsel with complex analyses, including lost sales, lost profits, apportionment analyses, price erosion, reasonable royalty, unjust enrichment and prejudgment interest for both plaintiffs and defendants and has been qualified as a damages expert in court. Dawn has been recognized as a leading expert in patent damages in the 2018-2024 editions of the IAM Patent 1000 — The World’s Leading Patent Professionals.

Additionally, Dawn was awarded the 2017 Women Leaders in Consulting Future Service Award by Consulting Magazine and named to the 2019 Top 25 Leading Women Intrapreneurs & Corporate Leaders in New Jersey Monthly Magazine.

Dawn has a B.S. in business administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Notre Dame. Dawn has more than 27 years of experience specializing in financial consulting within the litigation and dispute resolution process.
