He has extensive experience in selling, buying, maintaining and using most types of exercise equipment; as well as bicycle sales, use, and maintenance. He has authored numerous published articles in publications such as Fitness Management magazine, Boardroom magazine, and Club Management magazine. Mr. Baumgarten has 20 years' (190+ cases) experience as a legal expert for both plaintiffs and defendants, including numerous depositions and court testimony in both state and federal courts.
