Mr. Marshall performs forensic investigations, claims analysis, and testimony, for the entirety of the construction industry with a focus on code compliance, ADA compliance, water intrusion, and construction defects. Mr. Marshall has been retained on litigation and insurance claim matters involving construction defects, water intrusion, code compliance, and typical contractor standards.

Mr. Marshall brings over a decade of experience as a building plans examiner at the Philadelphia Department of Licenses and Inspections. His project list includes the W Hotel, RiverMark Northern Liberties, and Parkway Corp. Office Tower, all in Philadelphia.
