Janice A. Ramsay, Attorney

Ms. Ramsay testifies in property insurance bad faith cases as to the custom and practices of the insurance industry. She began a legal career in the property insurance field more than 40 years ago. During her law practice, she gave coverage advice to insurers and to insureds, and handled bad faith litigation and appeals. She has dealt with personal and commercial insurance policies and all kinds of coverages, claims and losses including floods, fires, earthquakes, riots, and earth movement. She was the 2014 Chair of the Orange County Bar Association Insurance Law Section.
