Mr. Poole performs forensic investigations, claims analysis and testimony for the entirety of the construction industry including schedule delays, construction costs, contractor liability, construction defects, water intrusion, floods, settlement, structural failures, drainage, mold, tree and vehicle impact, among others. Mr. Poole has been retained by attorneys and insurance companies throughout the country and has testified at deposition, arbitration, and trial.
Mr. Poole has worked on stadiums, casinos, hotels, piers, hospitals, schools, churches, government facilities, roads, bridges, and utility infrastructure, over his 23 year career.
He has assumed the roles of civil engineer, general contractor, subcontractor, owner representative, construction inspector, and quality control manager. He has performed over 400 forensic investigations of property damage including residental and commerical.
Mr. Poole is a professional engineer in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, New York, and Florida and a LEED accredited professional. He holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, a master's degree in Construction Engineering and Management, and is currently pursuing continued education.
