ASC offers specializing in Human Factors and Material Failure in Accident Investigations. Keith uses his experience as a US Army Aircraft Accident Investigator, he is a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) and has also worked in the civilian, commercial aviation industry flying for companies such as Petroleum Helicopters, Damin Aviation, Keystone Helicopters, Island Helicopters and Chopper 6 and Chopper 3 in Philadelphia. He also has experience in the flight for life, aeromedical evacuation industry.
Aviation Safety Consultants, LLC also offers safety evaluations (audits) for aviation companies in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations, Tour Operators Program of Safety (TOPS) and HAI Audit Standards. We teach and promote proven Risk Management practices through the safety gap analysis process.
Keith is currently working on an FAA Rotorcraft ASIAS Safety Project involving Flight Data Management and how it affects aviation safety. This project involves Georgia Institute of Technology and Rowan University.
Keith is also an adjunct professor instructing Commercial Aviation Safety at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and Florida Institute of Technology.
