Mark Dunec has more than 20 years of experience as a real estate advisor and expert witness. Mr. Dunec develops strategic real estate operating and capital markets solutions for both domestic and international clients. Mr. Dunec is the co-leader of the Real Estate Solutions Valuation Services group, where he specializes in real property and debt valuation, due diligence, recapitalization, financing, and asset and entity restructuring and repositioning.
