Matthew Neff is a third generation licensed civil engineer and land surveyor, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather. Matthew has been an expert witness providing document analysis, report preparation and testimony in land development and drainage cases. With over 40 years of experience in residential and commercial/industrial development projects in northeast Ohio, Matthew has an extensive portfolio that demonstrates his expertise and success in the development industry. His projects range from apartment buildings, condominiums, and residential subdivisions to shopping centers, industrial parks, and large commercial/industrial facilities. Matthew has expertise in the areas of civil / site engineering, design and review of roadways, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water mains, site planning, stormwater management, soil and erosion control and water quality. Matthew has surveying expertise in land surveying including boundary line determination; boundary, topographic and ALTA/ACSM surveys. His academic accolades include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University.
