Michael Roop is a retired Louisiana State Police Captain and a certified Safety Professional (CSP) who has served as an expert witness in numerous civil and criminal cases in state/federal courts. In many of those cases, his initial work was as a case consultant/investigator before morphing into his role as an expert.
