Mr. Wall serves as an Expert Witness, Forensic Engineer, and Consulting Engineer for the Civil and Structural Engineering, Land Planning, and Construction industries. As a Professional Civil Engineer and Educator, Mr. Wall utilizes his experience to provide high quality professional consulting services. These services include forensic analysis and expert witness for the structural, site, grading, and drainage design and construction of high-end custom single-family residences located in lower elevations, hillsides, and snow countries; professional and premise liability; risk assessment and mitigation; Civil and Structural Engineering; professional liability claim assessments; forensic analysis for personal injury and property loss claims; construction due diligence, schedule impact, delay claims, and contracting; and litigation support and expert testimony. Mr. Wall has been the Owner and Principal of two Civil Engineering and Land Planning firms, an Education firm that provides professional development for Professional Engineers by teaching professional, organizational, and soft skills, and has served as Projects Leader for the conception, acquisition, planning, funding, permitting, design, and construction for small, medium, and large scale residential, commercial, industrial, municipal, education, and Native American projects.
At age 51, Mr. Wall was admitted to the Master of Public Administration (MPA) program at Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana. At age 53, after two years of intensive research and peer reviewed writing, Mr. Wall graduated with his MPA and a 3.97 grade point average. Mr. Wall’s graduate level research and writing skills give him the ability to originate unbiased expert reports containing convincing fact-based narratives. Mr. Wall possesses the ideal skill set for Expert Witness work, grounded in his pursuit of lifelong learning, business acumen, Civil Engineering practice, graduate level forensic research and writing, and entrepreneurial mastery.
