Mr. Sherbansky is a licensed Professional Engineer practicing engineering in New York City and the vicinity since 1991. Based in New York City for 20+ years, Mr. Sherbansky has performed engineering evaluations, building condition reports and testified on various design and construction related issues, including construction defects, compliance with building codes, building collapses, construction damage, accidents related to construction methods and standards, slip trip and fall incidents on stairs, ramps and sidewalks. Mr. Sherbansky's experience includes work primarily in New York, New Jersey, as well as internationally and has undertaken assignments and testified in various areas from premises liability cases, defective building conditions, water leaks, adjacent property damage, to construction site, scaffold and ladder incidents, as well as pedestrian slip/trip and stair fall incidents, accident investigation and failure analysis. Mr. Sherbansky currently serves as Vice President of the New York State Society of Professional Engineers and Past-Chair of the Construction Group of the National Society of Professional Engineers [NSPE].

Licensed Professional Engineer, Licensed NYC DOB Special Inspections Agency Director. Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) and Master in Business Administration (MBA). Previously admitted as expert witness in New York State Supreme Court, Federal Court, Arbitration Associations, as well as new York City's Housing Court. Fellow member of the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE).
