PALO ALTO — IP acquisition and licensing company Inventergy Inc. announced Wednesday it has brought on an intellectual property litigator from medical testing startup Theranos Inc.

Saxon Noh, who joins as vice president, had served as senior litigation counsel at Theranos since September 2013, overseeing third-party patent disputes. During his tenure, Theranos settled a splashy patent case after two days of trial. Noh also advised on IP development at the company.
