The executive vice president and general counsel will lead the legal department and the contracts administration department. He/She is responsible for the administration and coordination of all corporate legal affairs covering a full spectrum of practice areas including intellectual property, employment law, securities compliance, international operations, litigation and mergers & acquisitions.
The position requires 15+ years of experience, preferably derived from a combination of law firm and in-house positions.
