Papa Murphy's International, the world's largest and fastest-growing take-and-bake pizza chain, announced that Victoria Blackwell has been named general counsel. Blackwell has been with Papa Murphy's as a corporate attorney since 2000. Prior to joining Papa Murphy's, Blackwell served as associate counsel of real estate for KinderCare Learning Centers.
