Davis Wright Tremaine announced it will merge with the San Francisco-based patent and trademark boutique Parsons Hsue & de Runtz on May 18. DWT says the merger will strengthen the its California patent practice by expanding its technical expertise in the fields of electrical engineering, chemical engineering and physics. Parsons Hsue serves clients in a range of fields, including biotech and digital field.
