Warner Bros. Entertainment, based in Burbank, Calif., has named John Rogovin executive vice president and general counsel.

Warner Bros. Entertainment, based in Burbank, Calif., has named John Rogovin executive vice president and general counsel. He is former general counsel to the Federal Communications Commission. He replaces John Schulman, who is retiring after 25 years as the entertainment company's general counsel.
