Tropicana Wins Juice Lawsuit

Tropicana Products Inc. prevailed in a federal lawsuit filed by the makers of Pom Wonderful pomegranate juice that claimed the Bradenton, Fla., juice maker's labeling on its Pure Pomegranate Blueberry juice drink had misled consumers because it contained mostly lower priced pear and apple juice.
It was the third defeat for Pom, which has filed similar cases against other juice makers.
